contact details onto the account page and it will be recorded for future

will save your time and energy everytime you place order.

While signing in you can click on
forgotten password link which is given below the sign up box.

You will be redirected to new page
where in you will get instructed to fill i registered email address.

An email will be received where in
there will be link to reset password.

My Wishlist

To add items to wishtlist, click on the heart icon below the eye icon on the top right of the product photo.

Go to Wishlist menu in My Account on
the top right of the page.

To remove an item, click on the the
heart icon of that product .

In order to view your wishlist left
click on "My Account" on the top right of the page and select
wishlist to check out your's.

If you are not comfortable making
online payment, we have options for you as well, you can opt for Cash on
Delivery facility.

This facility allows you to pay your
invoice amount in Cash at the time when you receive your order to doorstep.

All you have to do is , select Cash
on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.

KINDLY NOTE:- You can make
Cash On Delivery as a payment mode only in Indian Rupees  only, we do
not accept foreign currency or Demand Draft.

When you click  "proceed to
checkout" you are directed to page where you can redeem/apply coupon code.

On this page , after entering the
coupon code, the discount will be applied to the order. You can then proceed to
checkout and pay the final amount using the most conveinient payment method.

NOTE:  Only one coupon code
can be used on a single order.

EMI option is available only on
orders above Rs.3000/-

Delivery charge is the shipping fee
applicable for orders less than Rs 499/-. This cost is applicable in order to cover our logistics cost so that the products reach you at your doorstep in the best and safest way possible.

Once our system processes your order, The products go through quality check to see if they are in good condition.

Once they pass through the quality check the products are packaged and given to our trusted delivery partners.

Our trusted delivery partners try to give you the products at the earliest possible. In case of any delay or early receivables the delivery partners will contact you and your issues will also be solved in case any by them.

We pack our products in boxes and
products are wrapped in bubble wrap so that they reach out to your doorstep in
good condition.

We pride ourselves on the quality of
our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged
products due to our packaging.

The Minies ships throughout
India.

The estimated delivery time is 5- 6working days after confirming the order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email in which the courier company's name and order tracking id will be mentioned.

You can visit the website and add the tracking id to see your order. Sometimes it takes 12 hours for it to activate
the link.

Authenticity and Genuine products

Our products go through quality check process in which all products are checked whether they are in good condition to be sent in the orders.

There are very minimal or near to no complaints in case of receiving damaged products.

Step 3: Check the number of products, shipping charges and taxes once. Apply Coupon code if any and proceed to payment.

Step 4: For payment, there will be various options. Choose the most convenient method. If you choose online payment then add in the details for processing. After adding the details OTP will be received on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete the payment.

In case of Cash on Delivery select the option and proceed to confirm the order.

Yes, you can buy multiple products in one order.

After placing the order will receive an email and message on the registered number which will tell you about order confirmation.

Yes, you can leave products in your cart and place the order in futureif you wish to, however the prices of the products will be updated on real-timebasis. Hence there is possibility that the prices and availability may differ accordingly.

If you want to change the contact number or address then while checking you can change the shipping/billing address and the contact number whichever you wish to.

In order to check the current status, you can go to my orders and check the status or also can give your WhatsApp number to get updates of your order

Cancellations/Refund

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your “My Account” section and cancelling a pending order or writing to us at letschat@theminies.com for your prepaid order.

The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email and the bonus used if any will be reverted to your source account automatically.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Minies and accept The Minies's decision regarding the cancellation.

We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with our vendors, thus cancelling the order by you after 24 hours is over is a double loss of revenue for us.

In such a case, we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.

After receiving that email The Minies will take a decision.

Please note: On cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order, if it is approved, the bonus used if any is not reverted and in case of Prepaid order, the money is reflected back in your source account in form of purchase credits. -The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Minies and accept The Minies’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Request for order cancellations under Sale will not be accepted as we start the process for dispatch as soon as order is received by us. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Minies and accept The Minies’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Please note: At times there can be some orders which we are unable to accept and must be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

No, there are no cancellation charge levied by The Minies

In case of full order cancellation, the shipping charges will be refunded.

But if a part of the order has been cancelled then shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns/Refund

We really know that you fantasize the exclusive collection of The Minies and would always knock its door to cater your beauty and healthcare needs; hence, we take extreme care to deliver the best quality product at your doorstep.

Still, by any chance, if your ordered product is not as per your expectation, we ensure you with a free return pickup. You can exchange the product only if you have opted for return within 48 hours of delivery with the original invoice and tags.

However, we request you to take care that the product remains unused and is not damaged or tampered in any way. We expect the product to be in the perfect condition in a way that it can be used again.

Once we receive the product from your end, it goes through our quality check process. If everything is up-to-date, we process the exchange within 15 days from the day it reaches us. Please

Note: The products availed under discount or any ongoing offer cannot be returned or replaced.

We are pretty sure that you won’t return the product, but, just in case, you decide to return the product for obvious reasons, just send us an email on letschat@theminies.com along with your Order ID, date of receipt and preferred contact number.

We’ll get in touch with you as soon as we receive your mail. A tamper proof package with an address label and an authorization code will be then sent to your mentioned address.

 We request you to pack the product in the original box along with the original invoice, and then, put it in the tamper proof package sent by us. Next, seal the package properly and inform us so that we can schedule a pickup accordingly.

As soon as the product reaches us, we sent it for quality check. This process probably takes a week’s time. If the product surpasses the quality check, you will receive an exchange to your product in next 15 days.

But, in cases of any discrepancy in the product, we would not be able to provide you any product return to you. The status of your exchange process will be kept informed by our customer care team.
