We really know that you fantasize about the exclusive collection of The Minies and would always knock on its door to cater to your beauty and healthcare needs; hence, we take extreme care to deliver the best quality product at your doorstep. Still, by any chance, if your ordered product is not as per your expectation, we ensure you with a free return pickup. You can exchange the product only if you have opted for a return within 48 hours of delivery with the original invoice and tags.
However, we request you to take care that the product remains unused and is not damaged or tampered in any way. We expect the product to be in perfect condition in a way that it can be used again.
Once we receive the product from your end, it goes through our quality check process. If everything is up-to-date, we process the exchange within 15 days from the day it reaches us.
The products availed under discount or any ongoing offer cannot be returned or replaced.
What you need to do:
We are pretty sure that you won’t return the product, but, just in case, you decide to return the product for obvious reasons, just send us an email at email@example.com along with your Order ID, date of receipt, and preferred contact number. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as we receive your mail. A tamper-proof package with an address label and an authorization code will be then sent to your mentioned address.
We request you to pack the product in the original box along with the certificate and original invoice, and then, put it in the tamper-proof package sent by us. Next, seal the package properly and inform us so that we can schedule a pickup accordingly.
What we will do: As soon as the product reaches us, we sent it for a quality check. This process probably takes a week’s time. If the product surpasses the quality check, you will receive an exchange for your product in the next 15 days.
But, in cases of any discrepancy in the product, we would not be able to provide you with any product return to you. The status of your exchange process will be kept informed by our customer care team.
We at The Minies have crafted our products with all our love. Hope you love them as much as we do. We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end.
We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:
- Used and in the same condition as you received it
- The original packaging.
If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after seven days
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
- Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
- In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
- Exchange is subject to size availability
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.

Payments made with the COD option. WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. THE MINIES may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of a coupon code in case of COD.
We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail email@example.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

We will not be able to offer a return or exchange if:

How soon will I get my refund?

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your “My Account” section and canceling a pending order or writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email and the bonus used if any will be reverted to your account automatically. Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:
We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with our vendors, thus cancelling the order by you after 24 hours is over is a double loss of revenue for us. In such a case, we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. After receiving that email The Minies will take a decision.
Please note: In cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order, if it is approved, the bonus used if any is not reverted and in case of Prepaid order, the money is reflected back in your account in form of purchase credits. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Minies and accepts The Minies's decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations under Sale:
Request for order cancellations under Sale will not be accepted as we start the process for dispatch as soon as the order is received by us. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Minies and accepts The Minies’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
